Located in Chadayamangalam in Kollam district, midway between Trivandrum and Kochi, Jatayu Earth's Center is home to the world's largest bird sculpture, recognized by Guinness World Records. Conceived and sculpted over a decade by renowned film director and artist Rajiv Anchal, this breathtaking rock-themed park sits atop a 1,000-foot-high granite monolith where, according to the Ramayana epic, the noble bird Jatayu fought demon king Ravana to save Sita.

Key Attractions at Jatayu Nature Park

• The Colossal Sculpture: Measuring an astonishing 200 feet in length, 150 feet in width, and 70 feet in height, the concrete sculpture depicts the fallen warrior bird resting on the rocky summit with wings spread against the sky. The interior houses a multi-level museum and 6D theater.
• State-of-the-Art Swiss Cable Car: Visitors ascend the sheer granite rock face in modern, fully enclosed glass passenger gondolas imported from Switzerland, offering bird's-eye views of the surrounding palm hills.
• Rock Adventure Park: Integrated into the natural rock boulders on adjacent hills, featuring over 20 adventure sports including bouldering, rock climbing, rappelling, ziplining, paintball, archery, and ATV off-roading.
• Helitourism Heli-Taxi: A dedicated helipad at the summit allows private helicopter charters connecting directly to Trivandrum and Kochi.
